Assessment & Evaluation

Overview

Assessment and evaluation are integral components of the THiNK Fellowship Program. Rather than relying solely on a final presentation, fellows are assessed continuously throughout the fellowship to monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that each project meets the technical, operational, and commercialization standards established by THiNK.

The assessment framework combines mentor evaluations, technical reviews, validation activities, project documentation, and Demo Day performance to provide a holistic view of each fellow's achievements. This continuous evaluation model encourages iterative improvement while ensuring that projects are technically sound, user-centered, and ready for deployment.

Weekly Reviews

Weekly Reviews are conducted throughout the fellowship to monitor project progress, identify challenges, and provide timely support.

The objectives of the weekly review are to:

Sprint Reviews

At the end of each sprint, fellows participate in Sprint Reviews to demonstrate completed work and receive technical feedback.

CAP Validation

The THiNK CAP Framework serves as the primary technical validation mechanism before projects progress to deployment.

Demo Assessment

Demo Day serves as the final practical assessment of each fellow's project.

Completion Criteria & Scoring Rubric

A fellow will be considered to have successfully completed the fellowship upon satisfying the following requirements:
