Weekly Objective
Introduce fellows to the THiNK Fellowship Program, establish expectations, onboard participants into the THiNK ecosystem, and help fellows refine their project scope and implementation roadmap.
Week 1 focuses on helping fellows understand the fellowship journey while validating that every project has a clear problem statement, achievable objectives, and an implementation strategy.

Week 4: Finalization
Weekly Objective
The primary objective of Week 4 is to support fellows in documenting their work, consolidating their technical achievements, and preparing the final Fellowship Completion Report. This report serves as the official record of the fellow's work during the program and provides evidence of project progress, technical implementation, validation activities, and future plans.
By the end of the week, every fellow should submit a completed THiNK Fellow Completion Report, together with all required supporting materials.
Fellowship Completion Report
Each fellow is required to complete and submit the THiNK Fellow Completion Report Template. The report should accurately document the work completed during the fellowship and demonstrate the project's technical quality, impact, and readiness for future deployment or commercialization.
The report also serves as:
- The primary project assessment document.
- Evidence of fellowship completion.
- A knowledge transfer resource for future development.
- Supporting documentation for Demo Day.
- A reference for internship, commercialization, and ecosystem progression opportunities.
Report Writing Workshop
Facilitators and mentors guide fellows through each section of the report, ensuring that the content is complete, technically accurate, and professionally presented.
The workshop covers:
1. Executive Summary
Fellows prepare a concise summary describing:
- The problem addressed.
- The solution developed.
- Key achievements during the fellowship.
- Current project status (Concept, Prototype, MVP, Deployment Ready, or Live).
2. Problem Statement
Participants document:
- Background and context.
- The challenge being solved.
- Target users.
- Why the problem is important.
- Expected social or business impact.
Mentors help fellows clearly articulate the problem and demonstrate its significance.
3. Solution Overview
Fellows describe:
- The solution developed.
- Value proposition.
- Core system capabilities.
- Key product features.
- How the solution addresses the identified problem.
The emphasis is on explaining the solution in language understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Technical Architecture
This section documents the technical implementation of the project, including:
- Overall system architecture.
- Frontend components.
- Backend services.
- Database design.
- APIs and integrations.
- Infrastructure and hosting.
- AI/ML components (where applicable).
- Technology stack.
Architecture diagrams should be included where available.
Mentors review this section to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
5. MVP / System Status
Fellows report the current maturity of their solution by documenting:
- Current development stage.
- Features completed.
- Features still in progress.
- Demonstrated system functionality.
This section provides a clear snapshot of the project's readiness for deployment.
6. Validation & Testing
Participants summarize all validation activities conducted during the fellowship, including:
- Functional testing.
- Integration testing.
- Performance testing.
- User testing.
- Mentor feedback.
- Security and quality improvements.
Fellows should highlight key findings and explain how validation results informed subsequent improvements.
7. Challenges & Lessons Learned
Reflection is an important part of the fellowship.
Fellows document:

- Risks and mitigation strategies.
- Key lessons learned.
- Recommendations for future improvements.
This section demonstrates critical thinking and continuous learning.
8. Impact & Future Roadmap
Participants describe:

- Next steps over the short, medium, and long term.
This section helps fellows transition from project completion to long-term product development.
9. Supporting Materials
Each report should include links or attachments to relevant project resources, such as:

- Technical documentation.
- Architecture diagrams.
- Additional supporting materials.
These materials provide evidence of project implementation and support future maintenance, deployment, and evaluation.
10. Declaration
Each fellow signs the declaration confirming that the report accurately represents the work completed during the fellowship.
The declaration must include:
- Fellow's name.
- Signature.
- Submission date.
Mentor Review
Before submission, mentors conduct a final review of each report to ensure:
- All sections are completed.
- Technical information is accurate.
- Supporting evidence has been provided.
- Documentation is professionally presented.
- The report reflects the work completed during the fellowship.
Mentors provide final comments and recommendations before the report is submitted to the Fellowship Coordinator.
Final Deliverables
By the end of Week 4, each fellow is expected to submit:
- Completed THiNK Fellow Completion Report.
- Source code repository.
- Technical documentation.
- Architecture diagram (where applicable).
- User guide or deployment guide (where applicable).
- Validation and testing evidence.
- Supporting project materials.
- Mentor-approved final project documentation.
