Code of Conduct The THiNK Fellowship Program is committed to fostering a professional, inclusive, collaborative, and respectful environment where all participants can learn, innovate, and contribute effectively. All fellows, mentors, staff, and partners are expected to uphold the following principles: Professionalism Conduct yourself with integrity, accountability, and respect in all fellowship activities. Respect and Inclusion Treat all participants fairly and respectfully regardless of their background, experience, gender, nationality, religion, or perspective. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation will not be tolerated. Collaboration Share knowledge openly, support fellow participants, and contribute positively to team discussions and community activities. Integrity Produce original work, properly acknowledge the contributions of others, and avoid plagiarism, academic misconduct, or misrepresentation. Confidentiality Respect confidential information shared during the fellowship, including project details, intellectual property, partner information, and personal data. Responsible Technology Development Develop solutions that prioritize user safety, privacy, fairness, security, and ethical use of technology, while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and THiNK policies. Accountability Meet agreed deadlines, attend required sessions, communicate challenges early, and take responsibility for assigned tasks and project outcomes. Compliance Participants who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to corrective action, including formal warnings, suspension from fellowship activities, or removal from the program where necessary. THiNK reserves the right to investigate reported violations and determine appropriate actions to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive fellowship environment.
