Before participating in the fellowship, fellows are required to review and sign the THiNK Fellowship Consent Form . 
 The consent process ensures that participants understand and agree to: 
 
 Participation in fellowship activities. 
 Use of their name, biography, and profile photograph for fellowship communications. 
 Recording and photography during fellowship events. 
 Publication of project information where appropriate. 
 Compliance with THiNK policies. 
 Responsible use of fellowship resources. 
 
 All personal information is managed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and THiNK's privacy policies.
