# Fellowship Objective

The THiNK Fellowship is designed to support developers and builders in transforming AI and digital solution ideas into working, deployable systems within the THiNK ecosystem.

Fellows receive:

- Technical mentorship
- Workspace access
- Structured project guidance
- Weekly reviews and stand-ups
- Ecosystem integration support
- Demo and deployment opportunities

This is a learning and execution fellowship, not a paid position.
