This playbook is intended for all stakeholders involved in the planning, delivery, management, and participation of the THiNK Fellowship Program, including: 
 
 Fellows – to understand the fellowship structure, expectations, milestones, and available opportunities. 
 Mentors – to guide fellows, conduct technical reviews, and provide structured mentorship throughout the program. 
 Fellowship Coordinators and THiNK Staff – to administer, monitor, and continuously improve fellowship operations. 
 Technical Review and Validation Teams – to assess solution quality, deployment readiness, and compliance with THiNK standards. 
 Universities and Academic Institutions – partnering with THiNK to support student innovation, experiential learning, and research. 
 Industry, Government, and Development Partners – collaborating on pilot deployments, technical validation, and ecosystem initiatives. 
 Commercialization and Ecosystem Teams – supporting product deployment, licensing, partnerships, and post-fellowship transition pathways.
