Program Structure
The THiNK Fellowship Program operates through a collaborative governance model that ensures effective planning, delivery, technical oversight, mentorship, and continuous improvement throughout each fellowship cohort. The governance structure clearly defines responsibilities for all stakeholders while promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient decision-making.
The fellowship is managed through five core functional groups:
- Program Lead and Coordinator– Provides strategic leadership and overall oversight of the fellowship.
- Fellowship Coordinator – Manages day-to-day operations and cohort administration.
- Mentors – Provide technical guidance, coaching, and professional development support.
- Technical Review Team – Evaluates project quality, validates technical deliverables, and certifies solutions for deployment.
- Fellows – Participate actively in the fellowship by developing projects, meeting milestones, and contributing to the learning community.
Together, these roles ensure that fellows receive structured support while maintaining high standards of technical excellence and program delivery.
