The following terms are used throughout this playbook:

| THiNK Fellowship | A structured innovation program that supports participants in developing, validating, deploying, and commercializing AI and digital solutions within the THiNK ecosystem. |
| Fellow | An individual selected to participate in the THiNK Fellowship Program. |
| Mentor | A technical or domain expert who provides guidance, feedback, and support to fellows throughout the fellowship. |
| Track A – Solution Deployment | A fellowship track for participants with existing MVPs or near-complete solutions that require integration, validation, and deployment. |
| Track B – Solution Build & Integration | A fellowship track for participants developing new solutions or early-stage prototypes during the fellowship. |
| MVP (Minimum Viable Product) | The simplest functional version of a product that demonstrates its core features and value proposition. |
| CAP Framework | THiNK's validation framework used to assess Compliance, Accuracy, and Performance before deployment. |
| Pilot Deployment | The controlled implementation of a solution within a real-world environment to evaluate performance, usability, and impact. |
| Demo Day | The final showcase event where fellows present their solutions to THiNK leadership, mentors, institutional partners, industry representatives, and potential investors. |
| Commercialization | The process of preparing a validated solution for sustainable adoption through deployment, partnerships, licensing, or revenue generation. |
| Ecosystem Integration | Connecting fellowship solutions with THiNK platforms, APIs, partners, and community initiatives to maximize impact and adoption. |
| Post-Fellowship Pathways | Opportunities available after successful completion of the fellowship, including internships, collaborator programmes, reseller programmes, ecosystem builder roles, research partnerships, and commercialization support. |
