Introduce fellows to the THiNK Fellowship Program, establish expectations, onboard participants into the THiNK ecosystem, and help fellows refine their project scope and implementation roadmap.

Week 1 focuses on helping fellows understand the fellowship journey while validating that every project has a clear problem statement, achievable objectives, and an implementation strategy.
