Project Introductions

Each fellow concludes the onboarding process by presenting an overview of their proposed project.

The presentation should include:

  • Project title
  • Problem statement
  • Target users
  • Proposed solution
  • Current stage of development
  • Fellowship track
  • Technology stack
  • Expected outcomes by the end of the fellowship

Project introductions provide mentors and fellow participants with an early understanding of each project, facilitate collaboration across the cohort, and establish a baseline for tracking progress throughout the fellowship. They also serve as the starting point for mentor feedback, milestone planning, and technical refinement before development activities begin.
