Mentor Introductions

Each fellow is assigned a mentor whose expertise aligns with the fellow's project and technical focus.

During the Orientation Session, mentors introduce themselves by sharing:

• Professional background
• Current role
• Technical expertise
• Research or industry experience
• Fellowship responsibilities
• Preferred communication methods

Following the introductions, fellows meet their assigned mentors and schedule their first mentorship session.

The mentor-fellow relationship is intended to provide continuous technical guidance, professional development, and constructive feedback throughout the fellowship.
